Hello Friends!
NSFRC Elections for Vice President is here again. How quickly does the time go? It seems just last week we were purchasing our first four rabbits in 2014 for $20. Hence the name of Rabbitry 5 Bucks But I digress. I have some ideas that I would like to work on as Vice President:
- 1st - Making sure that showing silver fox rabbits is a fun and enjoyable experience for all our members.
- 2nd - Finding new ways to promote the breed and our NSFRC. If we aren't growing, we will end up where the breed was in 1970.
- 3rd - Create an open environment where breeders can ask questions and share knowledge on the website
- 4th - Continue to support current and new breeders through sharing my knowledge, time, and encouragement that happens at shows, continue to work on the Mentoring Program
I have enjoyed the role of Vice President, believe me there is much more going on than serving the President. I initiated and Chair the Walter B. Garland Award for lifetime achievement. Chair the awards committee and work with the Board to make the Club
